Burmese meditation teacher Sayadaw U tejaniya is coming to New Zealand in November.
He’ll be at Te Moata rettreat Centre on the Coromandel Penninsular for a 10 day retreat.
The particular oportunity for people with a secular sort of interest in Buddhism and Buddhist Meditation is his ability to teach approaches to meditation and mindfulness that are effective as part of daily life.
