Online, together, meditating, secular

With meditators and secular dharma practitioners spread out all around this planet, supporting each other in our practice is important. Reversing the order of the three jewels of traditional Buddhism puts community at the beginning, with the teachings next, and then the example set by Gotama, the Buddha.

Whether you practice on your own or are part of a group and you’re wanting additional support for your practice, you’re in Wellington or elsewhere, you’re welcome to take part in the One Mindful Breath online secular Buddhist practice sessions.

Our intention is that these meetings take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 19:30–20:30 New Zealand time, and they may extend for a further half hour if the conversation gets interesting.

Led by Ramsey Margolis, the session will start with a short meditation, followed by a short period for reflection and journalling, and end with a discussion on an aspect of secular Buddhism with a Q&A session.

If you’re in Wellington, speak with Ramsey or Pete Cowley at a One Mindful Breath Wednesday evening session, phone or text Pete on 022 610 2910 (+64 22 610 2910 from outside New Zealand), or send an email.

So wherever you are on this planet, to connect with other secular meditators click on the link below on a 1st or a 3rd Monday a little before 19:30 NZDT:

If you’re in another time zone, use to find out when this is taking place where you live.

We look forward to meeting you, and sitting with you.
